Entry 3---- Human nature?

Have you ever noticed that there is always 1 crisis just around the corner?
a large sense of doom hiding under the bed?
or just a slight feeling of nausia generated from the sight of all the work you have to do for the next day?

In my observations this is ture for almost all humans. No matter how blissfuly happy they are there is always 1 problem contained in an induviduals head.

Now my hypothisis is this, humans cannot be happy without a 'problem' to get upset over.

Imagine it, you have the perfect life. unstressful job but it works you to a degree you find comfortable so that your not bored. Good friends and social life, financialy set and your perfect family status. Nothing is wrong you have all the tools to make you feel content. you are perfectly safe

Sounds nice dosn't it?

Well under circumstances like this the human will cause themselves problems for themselves.
EG A change of carreer
An affair
A gambling problem occurs
or self harm (from drink to wrists) can appear

This all apears to be due to the humans inability to not have some couse of crisis.

I myself have been effected by this phernominon, I am happy in all aspects of my life so I chose (subconciously so uncontrolably) To make problems for mysef

e.g I'm too fat, Do I realy love the people I'm closest to, is there realy any hope to achive highly?

Now although my opinions may be effected by the 'angsty' years it is a trend that I often see in adult behaviour.

They may go out of their way to make a journey more complicated, or they may force themselves to take on too much work.

This leaves me a thinkin. Is it that there is always something else to do, or is it that humans crave a problem/disaster or doubt to keep themselves running?
Is it just a fatal factor of human nature?

Any comments will be gladly recieved, my post should get a bit happyer soon but for now I've got the unicorns and rainbow puppys locked in the shed :)

cya next time :p
